Vaccine Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Recruiting Teams: Work closely with regional recruiters to understand talent needs and recruitment objectives.
• Sourcing Strategy Development: Use market insights to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing methods.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and engage candidate pipelines in iCIMS CRM to meet talent demand.
• Stay Current: Keep up with market trends and best practices for healthcare talent attraction, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in a talent sourcing or lead generation role, with a proven track record of partnering with recruiters to deliver high-quality candidates.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Interest or experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, efficient, and collaborative.
• Boolean Search Expertise: Proficient in crafting Boolean search strings for healthcare sourcing.
• Data-Driven: Experience tracking and measuring candidate conversion and funnel metrics.
• Sourcing Tools: Proficient in sourcing across multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, iCIMS CRM, and iCIMS ATS.
