Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Partnership: Work closely with leaders in Product and Technology to create HR strategies that align with business goals and drive performance.
• Performance Management: Lead processes such as goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Coach managers on employee development, fostering a culture of high engagement and inclusivity.
• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing conflicts, employee relations issues, and ensuring a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Talent Management: Drive strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and career development, while overseeing succession planning efforts to attract and retain top talent.
• HR Analytics: Use HR data to inform decisions, measure HR initiative success, and drive continuous improvement.
• Organizational Development: Lead initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture transformation. Support leaders in managing change during organizational shifts.
• HR Policies & Best Practices: Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for an innovative and results-driven HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management. You thrive in fast-paced, commercial, and technology-driven environments, and have a deep understanding of how HR strategies can be aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within technology or commercial organizations.
• Expertise in performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
• Experience using HR analytics to drive decision-making and improvement.
• Proven ability to manage change and support organizational transformation.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000, based on experience and location.
• Incentive Program: Eligible for annual incentives.
